I had to leave at about 1:30.. i picked up the 3 bar/cocktail tables and sold two off to guys i knew. $25 per. some of the other prices were good- a Rolling Extreme went for $50 and my son was tugging on my shirt teilling me to bid. But since it was so early in the auction, I wasnt sure what else i was getting.

i also ended up buying two payphones from Jamie, but have to go back to take them off of the wall. any suggestions to make it quick and easy (Assuming no keys).

some of the other prices seemed to be pretty good, just not a lot of the games that I wanted for the basement.\

But the funniest thing was that my 9 year old son was playing a game on the Gals Panic II, It looked like he was playing Satan's Hollow, but then he was removing puzzle pieces to reveal the pic behind it. Fortunately I was able to stop him before it was too far revealed - I didnt want to have 'the talk' yet with him.

That was a good price for those tables.
There were definitely deals to be had. Prices were pretty low.
I picked up a space invaders deluxe. I wasn't planning to buy anything, so I only had my car. Luckily my brother lives nearby, and he has a '77 chrysler. Not your usual arcade hauler, but we stuck it in the trunk and drove it to his house. I'll post a pic shortly.

Anyone take any pics? I decided against going... couldn't justify 6+ hrs round trip when I really don't need anything. Any interesting pieces?

Your Son was REALLY interested in playing it after the Satan's Hollow screen went away and it went back to being Gals Panic II.

I didn't see anything good past that Air hockey table. The Pins were beat and rusted out so we just left at that point. I was afraid I would get roped into something cheap and not worth it for the basement. But I would buy it cause it was cheap.

I remember that ;) Saw you tug him away from Gal's Panic. :)

I picked up an 18 Wheeler (American Trucker) Sega Naomi System for 275 but my Defender sold really LOW. Only good thing is a KLOVER got it. It sold for 125 but unfortunetely it was the 2nd to last game SOLD so a lot of people had already left.

PICS TO FOLLOW.

Ok here are pics for Broomall Auction.

For me it started early this AM and I was flying down the PA Turnpike until this happened.

Then it was shut down completely so I took a little rest in West Moreland PA on the turnpike.

With my defender in tow.

This was the cause, Comcast truck overturned along with this car. Took out the whole divider. Anyone coming from Jersey early AM got caught in this too Im sure.

There was a crappy Austin Powers sold for 1700 and a Rollergames and LW3. Both went in the 750 range.

Finally a fellow KLOVer riding my 18 Wheeler in the back of my truck. Forgot his KLOV user name though.

BTW this is the HEAVIEST CABINET I have ever moved. Would you believe took 4 of us to put in truck. But just me and a 112 pound girl to help move it out. She almost broke her leg and my window trying to get it out but it made it out of my truck. There was a loud, BOOM but luckily no broken bones or glass. Was CLOSE though. HOLY SHIT it is HUGE in my garage. Its like parking a car in the garage.

Nice pics. Un-named KLOVr in the pic is Orion3311.

I had a great time at the show, got some awesome deals from GuidoTorpedo! Thanks again man!

Had fun hanging out with the rest of the KLOVrs that I met. Let me try this off of the top of my head... KLOV members I've previously met that were there: Cueball, Machfelon, Orion3311 and GuidoTorpedo. New KLOV members I met today: squall280 and TheBMan80. I don't think I forgot anyone. :)

I picked up a parts box that had a full 13" monitor and a Peter Chao Power Supply. Also proxy bid for Orion on an empty Dynamo cabinet. Regretted not bidding on that Sharkey's Shootout pin. Went way cheap.

Last time, they had a bunch more newer LCD MegaTouch countertops. None this time. Bummer too, I would have bid like crazy on one. :)

I took some pics, will get them posted soon.

Edit: Nice pics Machfelon, thanks for sharing!!

i got the defender. i had fun. i actually posted my experience in the classics update thread. i will return to the next one!

Noooooooooooooo, not that cheap :-/ They got a great deal since I wasn't there. Crazy...

Very nice photos! Thanks for sharing.

Cheers!

I want to play a game on the 18 wheeler, I've never seen one around here.

Skee ball is the biggest game I have owned, although it's longer I am pretty sure that trucking game is heavier.

Thanks for the help on the Defender and the moving of the 18 Wheeler :)

BTW: I checked and its a NAOMI system 1.

Would you believe that Star Trek went for $20? LOL didn't have a board set in it though but had a monitor and everything else. I didn't get anything but the Joust I already prepaid for and picked up before the auction. I did however cart Orion's stuff all over creation.:D

Yeah the 18 Wheeler was heavy!

I think the Atari Football went for $250 and some poker tables that went for like $125.

And the game with the worst name Flamin finger was actually a fun game would get one if I could get it cheap.

Man I just got in since 830 this morning(2am)....Cueball I had to run out to help bman unload his truck but definitely wanted to thank you for letting me grab one of the tables!

What a crazy day...as usual I took all the crap...got 2 free empty cabs then ended up buying a third for $10. Who knows when Ill get around to messing with them. Again huge thanks to bman and eagletg for helping buy, load and haul them home. Next time Ill just take the beast.

Machfelon I just can't picture a 115lb chick unloading that monstrosity, and what a dork I look like up there lol.
