that's not the anode (the secondary anode is the suction cup part with the prongs you hook into the tube)

the first picture looks like the tube is necked. you will thus need a suitable replacement from a 19" TV. :(

I agree with @mecha.

The anode connection is made to the tube via a wire, usually large and red, to a cap which covers it.

Your tube is "necked" which means the tube connections to the heaters / guns have been destroyed, and the vacuum has been released.

You can search for tubes or visit the Tubular website to get some idea what tubes will work with your CRT setup.
