While fixing the chassis, I put the neckboard back on the tube and it bent a pin. I tried to straighten it back out, but it just broke off. Is there any hope fixing it?

If it broke flush - no. If there is a little sticking out, you might be able to solder an extension to it using a clipped lead...

I bought a 25" Amplifone tube once in a S/Wars cab with 1 x pin broken

Normal soldering did not work, so I had nothing to lose. (I wanted to try silver soldering / brazing)

I used a flame torch to see what I could do. As I have welding and soldering experience, I moved the outer peripheral of the flame towards the neck & pins.

Before the hottest part of the flame came near the pins the vacuum discharged and the tube was finito'

Moral of the story
Not really doable, unless the pin is crimp-able or enough is showing to solder

Having said that:
I read a thread by Blaine Locklair?, where he picked away at the glass till he could wind a wire around, and it worked, but looked ugly

My old crappy double pac burned G07 tube I used for a bench monitor had a broken pin. It broke off down inside the glass. I dripped some solder in then inserted a pin, heated it and it worked great for a couple years. It was still working when I replaced it with a smaller lcd screen.
In this case that tube was well past its life expectancy anyways. I figured it wouldnt work and was surprised when it did.

When you have nothing to lose (IE When your choices are down to: Bin it or try it) . . .

Depends if it's a rare tube etc :)

Well, in this case, it's a cheapo 25" color raster monitor, except I already own it. The problem is, the monitor's chassis has some sort of issue, and I'm currently debating between sinking more time into trying to fix it (I found a bad HOT, but swapping it did not bring it to life) and just giving up and replacing it.

Just get a donor tube out of a freebie 25" black plastic case tv.. They are a dime a dozen and you'll have a nice burn free tube :)
