The head in The Bride of Pinbot I have doesn't reset properly like it should when the game ends. It'll cycle but sometimes doesn't reset to the first face at the end of a game. I disassembled it; tested the switch, (67); cleaned the assembly up a bit and it works fine in test.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

The most common cause of the head not moving properly is cold solder joints on the relay board that controls the head. Resoldering all the pins on it usually fixes the issue.

I was going to say this too. That was the problem on one I owned when the head would not turn backwards to reset.

Hey, when you do the head test, should it register Switch 67 on every head? Mine does on every head except "Human" (Head 4). Is this correct or incorrect?

Thanks!

That's correct. When you remove the face plates, you'll see that there's 3 dimpled sections where the switch falls into, (except for the human face section).

UPDATE! Lots of head from the bride!

Just cleaned the pins on both the motor regulator and relay board. Works like a charm now. Thanks, gents!
