I have a Midway/Stern-style cocktail cabinet that needs new laminate. Are they tough to break down? I figure it's about impossible to put laminate on without being able to trim the edges, and I can't do that with the cabinet assembled.

Are they glued together along with the screws/staples?

I broke down a Midway cocktail the other day, though it was with a sledge hammer and you might not be happy with the results. Though I will say, once I backed out all of the screws she came apart quite easily.

Man, after the success I have had selling multicaded cabinets, I almost hate hearing stories like this :(

Uhhh...what?

Read my original post. I need to break it down into pieces so I can apply new laminate and reassemble. It's too hard to trim it otherwise because there's no edges.

I don't destroy cabs. I'm the opposite. I fix ones that other people would throw.

Cool, looking forward to the resto then :)
