Its the battery for MK PCBs. I saw Radio Shack sells them online only. Do any other places have them to walk in and purchase, or am I going to have to pay a flat shipping rate for a little ass battery?

Anyone here have one? I'd rather give you guys my $$$ than some store.

Are you sure it's not CR2325?

Just a round 3V battery that looks like a giant skinny watch battery, similar to what is used on a PC motherboard?

If you have a Walgreens local, just walk in. They should sell them in the battery section right near the cash register up front. At least they sell the CR2325, as well as the CR2302 that are found in a lot of other games.

Or if you have a Batteries Plus around, just take your old one in and they'll get ya a new one...

If its your worst case and it really is a weird BR type battery then use Radio Shack's free ship to store option and just pick it up yourself at the closest store in a few days.

But Mod's right -- it's likely a conventional CR battery...

BR2325 = CR2325. Same battery (3V lithium). Different manufactures have different prefixes, but it is the same. Rayovac makes a BR2325, Duracell has a DL2325, etc.

Ah, that makes sense. And good news for Jow as he can pick one of those up anywhere -- target, walmart, etc.

I looked everywhere here and the only place that had them was Radio shack for $5.99.

Apparently, in addition to components, they will soon cease dealing with radios. They're changing their name to "The Shack". I feel that's appropriate. What's with all the rebranding?? SciFi channel is now "Syfy". But that's ok....it fits better with their pro wrestling and reality shows. I wish there was a real scifi channel. Damnit!

[EDIT] In my haste to hate on Radio Shack, I forgot to include the quote about cellphones, etc. !!!
