Bought myself some more storage 🤣

And you can recoup some or all of that cost when done with the container.

once issue to consider is condensation. If there will be temp swings above and below freezing it will destroy a lot of the artwork. Also, really try to keep it rodent free. I had a friend put about 40 pinball machines in a container like that. After a year or two, there were back glasses with the paint falling off. Also a lot of rodent damage. Also, high temps with high humidity is hard on the machines too...

This one was $4,400 and the price included delivery and taxes. My GC bought one 4 months ago and it cost him $5,600. So I think this was a good deal!...lol

4 grand? You can get a used container down here for less than 2. Us south florida peeps are spoiled in that regard...

I got a 16' box truck for $1300 in an auction in the spring. I put all my projects in there. Filled it all the way up. The thing runs and I drove it home. Now I can drive it to the bay door on my shop to load or unload stuff.

Yup, they are water and weather tight. The one I have now seals tight. Doesnt get humid, no animals... hell, there arent even any spider webs or insects!...lol Have had it about 7 years now. It probably helps that they are under cover and I spray the one I have for insects (outside) 3 times per year...lol Any way...

This is only until next fall when the house is finished (knock on wood) and I can move them all in to the arcade there. I need room to stage and put packed boxes at the current house... so a chunk of my games need to be stored for a few months. I will be taking as much glass as I can off the games now... and Ill get the rest as soon as it starts to warm in the spring... that will help if its a hot summer. The arcade will be able to hold well over 100 games... but my current house cannot...lol Just need a place to store about 30 overflow games as I can only keep about 35 at the house., and anything else I buy between now and then...lol

I don't know what you're talking about - Container games are known to be only the best!! I've had a few myself, and they were very different than the games that lived in a climate controlled home. Depending on what you're hoping for. 😁
