Magic eraser and some warm water will make that cpo really look nice too. Great game.

My local op has the same Gauntlet sitting outside in his lean-to. I thought about grabbing it as he said i could have it for free. It's been converted to crime fighters.

it's a factory type conversion, should be an unhacked harness, but you'll be missing one small harness, it went from main harness to pcb. I have one converted to the same game, and i've collected everything to put it back.

I guess i dont understand what you mean by factory type conversion. The inside is extremely clean. Coin door/mechs all there/lights on. Just scratch my head considering the use

Yea i just took a look at the picture and honestly i think it was the lighting, and the flash making it look dirty. It's not really that dirty. Just needs some of the hand oils cleaned off and definately some new T-molding around the CP

I think he was talking about the Gauntlet i saw converted to crime fighters.

yep, was talking about crime fighters. It was a conversion kit that was specific for gauntlet, it came with wiring that plugged into the gauntlet harness, you didn't have to cut any wires to install it.

I like gauntlet, I should go back and look at it. It's probably not worth saving with the cab sitting outside. It's inside a lean-to. But I can't remember if there is concrete in there or not.
I need to go buy some more games, maybe with taxes if the wife doesn't spend all our money on new kitchen cupboards.

Nice find! Welcome to the Gauntlet owners club. Yeah, a little elbow grease and some repro side art and it'll look great!

Those joysticks can be rebuilt, I need to do one of mine. (I think there's a shop out there that does them, too.) For starters, you can just swap it into it character you don't use.
