I've tried to find / buy one of these with no luck. I have some pictures I am planning to use (and may still have to) to make a harness from an upright harness that I have. I have all the connectors pins crimpers etc for the coin door, test panel etc needed for the conversion. It would be just way easier and I'm sure more accurate to have a real one to compare.

So I'd be willing to pay for shipping and some rental / borrow fee for someone to lend me one for a week or 2 (I need at least 1 weekend in there to get it done) to clone my own. I need the 2 main pieces the power and logic parts. I don't need the coin door, control panel, test panel harness bits or the power brick just the main 2 pieces to clone.

This ideal for someone who has a spare or has one out of the cabinet. Its also not hard to remove its just screw in a few places. So let me know. I will take excellent care of it.

Any takers? PM me what you need to make it worth your while.

Having had to create/modify a harness myself to get a game running, I understand your plight. Has you reviewed the Tempest cabaret wiring schematic since it should answer your questions about where things go?

If memory serves, the marquee light is different on the cabaret vs. the UR since Atari tied the marquee light and speaker wiring together (grounds too) using that 4 or 5 prong plug.

What pics are you needing? I am sure we (KLOV members) can come-up with what you need.

Jeff F sent me some good pic's and I probably just use those. I like to get the right length etc kinda hard to gauge from the pics. But I'm sure if I don't find any taker by this weekend I'll be into it.

Yes the speaker, coin counter coin door is all a little differntand the marquee power is all a little differnt adn the routeing of the cabales will be differnt as well due to the positionof the boards.

I'm sure I can figure out try to save some of the pain it will be. I'll probably have to kinda mod it in place to get lengths correct rewiring from the pics and schematics. Where if you have a harness to copy you can just stretch those suckers on on the floor and go to town know it will be right.

I guess it s all part of the fun!

I got the cabinet in the house today so I can start to put some bits back inside and prepare to start wiring
