Ive always had my "Black List" of customers that I will no longer sell too.
and have been known to pull the Soup Nazi card several times on this forum.
but have always kept those names to myself for the most part.
But Ive been thinking maybe Bobs on to something by posting his
"Bad Customer List" for all to see

I truly understand the frustration on orders that take longer than expected
and have always refunded imeditaly when needed.
But this one takes the cake.
Not sure if hes a memebr here but would certainly love for him to post his side on this.
as Ive been meaning to resurect the Sat Morn Supercade.

He orders a couple of shirts from me on the 9th a weekend.
(the weekend I was out at the NW Pin show)
So I process his order and ship his first shirt on the 14th 3 buisneess days
after his order, and the day after I returned from the show.
He starts emailing later that same week, he wants a refund cause he hasnt recieved his Tshirt yet.
Now for the fun part, His name on the email dosnt match ANY names I have on any outstanding orders
and I had to email him 3 times to get his name or order#. to find this
when I did thats when I found the above info ordered and shipped within 3 days
now first class mail can take at least 7 days and the track# wasnt scanned correctly
but I went to the PO and they confirmed that it was shipped and they had keyed
it wrong. BUt should be delivered this week
typical time frame for first class mail.

Now when this guy calls leaves a message, Kendra returned his call
and he starts harrasing her on the phone (and previous emails)
I took over and laid it out, couldnt get a word in edge wise and tried to explain
what the deal was with his order and the problem with the Post Office.
wouldnt listen to a word we said, and yes I told him to "Shut the FUCK up! and just listen for a minette Douchebag"

So look for a posted "BlackList" on the site soon youll find coiendendently that some of Bobs names cross over.
I wonder if this guy does :D

Crazy how some people just think the world revolves around them. I try to be as understanding as possible about these things. Yep sounds like a DB in my book.

Enough talk! I want to see the episode! ;)
Bummer that it came down to that. Bob does have it right.

Blacklist. It's the Klovian way......

Some folks in this hobby have absolutely no patience. If they cannot have exactly what they want tomorrow, they throw a fit.

What happened to a bit of common courtesy on the part of the BUYER?

Ok then here is my side of the story, fuck this shit......

just playing

+1 for saturday supercade

and to my tagger
Not really.
Its certainly open for "general discussion" as to the relievence of the BobRoberts
Bad Trade name list
course with all the new categories, sub categories and sub-sub categories, who knows anymore :D

But my recent experience is just an example of why I think Bobs idea works that is all.
I certainly wouldnt classify this as possible deal gone bad or a negative concern to others.

I don't get it. People should understand that this is a labor or love not a full time job. If you have an issue send a polite email with all your information including your invoice number requesting the status of the order. How hard can that be?

Oh by the way Rich your t-shirts are top notch and worth the wait!

Thank you so much for what you do.

Scott

Its funny because I remember in the days before the internet anything ordered from the mail would take 6-8 weeks. 3 days to ship seems pretty damn reasonable for anyone that isn't a giant corporate entity like Amazon.

No kidding remember mailing away for a prize from a cereal box or something? That always took FOREVER.

how about some bars of soap in some socks so we can beat the fuck out of taggers?

There was a Big Bang Theory that touched on that... Penny sets up a business making hairbows or something, Johnny Galecki sets up the website and offers next day shipping, they get a huge order and he said 'Amazon offers it'

I've still got the Dig Em plastic cereal bowl and some Kool Aid mail order premiums from back in the day. As a kid, my mom would order the item, and by the time it arrived, I had totally forgotten about it.

I actually ordered that as a kid. Took forever, and the toys were cheap plastic! Still good fun!

Not to mention that most people sit on the stuff for weeks if not months before selling the parts or finally working on them.
