I don't what all the griping about shipping is! Bob sends everything in priority flat rate boxes, you get them quick too. Shipping on a cap kit is like $5.

I just ordered a 20EZ delux cap kit and SUPER SUPER JAMMA harness and the shipping was $12. Bob even threw in a awesome screwdriver bit set with a belt clip for free!

If shipping is too much try ordering all the caps from mouser and see how much the shipping comes to? Not only that but you will have to look up every cap which is a PITA, I have done it quite a few times in the past.

I hate ordering from Bob. Why? Because I always "need" one thing but feel sort the need to purchase a bunch of things in order to save on shipping...

...so because I need a WG6100 cap-kit... I get to poke around the site and find other useless crap I "need" to increase my order to where the shipping is reasonable.

Anyone else do this?

Man I do it too, but I feel like a fucking hoarder when I do it. I ordered two huge capacitors from him yesterday and had to pay the shipping on that, and just let it happen because I gotta stop stockpiling stuff, lol.

On my last order, Bob replied to tell me that if I left item-x off the order, it would cut my shipping in half. Very cool, especially considering I had added whatever it was just to add more to the order.

Which reminds me, I need to place another order....

That's me all over! No matter how much time I spend making notes of what I need or browsing the site, I forget something.

Everyone needs to realize that shipping costs have went up alot over the past couple years. At minimum every order I ship costs at least $5.
I do think Bob should reconsider paypal but I guess his system works for him so thats all that really matters. I imagine his business would double if he implemented a better website and took paypal. Truth is he probably doesnt want more business. I can tell you that after working my full time job its tough keeping up on things with the side business which has also become a full time job. I personally trust a paypal payment much more than a personal check. Paypal fees are not bad and its a good system. I can cancel orders and issue refunds in seconds verses days sending a check in the mail.
