I need a good repair person for board repair for video and pinball. Eldorado sucks ass now.

I just fixed a Ms Pac board that was supposedly repaired by them. Are they getting sloppy in their work? The solder job wasn't very good.

Were they ever competent?

Any time I get a board in that has an El Dorado tag on it, I know it's going to be a nightmare.

Did they ever not suck ass???

Absolutely everything I have seen that has been "repaired" by them was a shit job.

There was a time they were kind of good. Now they suck. I have all kinds of board repair I need. Right now I have a Sea Wolf 2 and a Desert Runner that are in need.

I'll work on just about anything that I can hook up to my JAMMA test bed - either directly or through an adapter.

I just don't have all the guns or a trackball setup yet... and I don't do vector games. (I do have a 4 pin Happ gun for testing)

I have a board from an old B&W game that needs work. Is there anyone that is recommended for those typr of games? It's a Demolition Derby from Chicago Coin.

I concur. Oh the horrors I've seen precipitated from that chop-shop! CPUs and Pokeys swapped, globs of glue holding down components, solder splash bridges for shunts, etc. One time I got a board with an intentionally cut trace, underneath a replaced part!!! It was if the tech guy was out to screw the owner, or customer, or both. Scary stuff!

I'm pretty sure this is their repair tech.
