Didnt figure it would be too smart to just plug this in to a jamma cab and test it without knowing what board/pinout it is
Note the 3rd pic kinda cool never seen that before...

Considering it only shows ROMs 11-15, I'd guess you only have PART of a game board...

Hard to tell, but date codes on IC's seem to put this as built in 1985 - is there any resource showing games released in a given year? 1985 manufacture might predate Arkanoid, which came out in 1986.

I found a resource for games released in a given year... not much help:
http://www.arcade-history.com/index.php?page=database

A bigger picture 1 would help somewhat...

Now I changed my mind - now looks like 1986 after removing a dust spec from my screen... Could be Arkanoid.

What I'm trying to say is I don't have the first damn clue! OK, now I feel better...

DAMN IT!! No I don't! Trace 5V, and GND and power that puppy up (forget 12V for now), then run your video sync wire over the remaining pins until you get sync. The Red, Green, and Blue pins probably won't be far from sync.

Definitely does not look JAMMA. Almost every board that suppports JAMMA has a finger key and has JAMMA stencil by the connector.
