So my Whirlwind had a right flipper that was going in and out. I noticed the EOS switch was hanging on by a thread and it was super dirty so I ordered a rebuild kit and a new Coil. So I rebuilt the flipper and it appears to be working fine. Appears. If I hold the flipper button in for 5-6 secs the 50v fuse for that flipper will blow. I checked all the wires, no shorts. I believe I hooked it up correctly so I am boggled.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think you mean the EOS switch is NOT OPEN when the flipper is up. EOS is sticking, adjust it and should be fine.

lol. Yes i meant OPEN! When you move the flipper by hand you can see at the bottom if the switch is pushed open when it's up.

That's what it was. It was making contact but not opening the switch all the way. Simple Fix. I just freaked cause it was the first flipper rebuild I attempted. Live and Learn

Thanks
