blkdog7 ain't got nothin on me - my new game room decor

found this cool collector pin set at a antique shop down the street for $4. if anyone notices the child world pin, child world (with peter panda) was our local huge toy store chain in the northeast. got my first transformers there in '86. they were known for their castle like buildings.

I already have that pin set. FAIL. :)

I believe your set is missing some pins. I would have to check with my daughter, I gave her the set.

dammit. i didn't think you'd have this. wonder what pins it's missing? it's got what appears to be original scotch tape on it. i looked on ebay and it shows collector pins but they're all individually packaged...

I'll check. I am not sure if she kept the set together. I bought this about 3 years ago on Ebay. It's a cool set. I love CHILD WORLD. I played Vectrex there for the first time.

Hah! My Nintendo pins came with delicious lead paint straight from the Nintendo USA store. I think I was supposed to return them for replacements but never got around to it. Not antiques like yours though.

I used to have a Legend of Zelda pin that I got from the first year of Nintendo Power. I have no idea what happened to it. :(

Club Nintendo just added a few collector pins to their redemption prizes:

They are worth way too many points IMO, but I guess it's still "free" if you're racking up points by buying games and doing reviews/surveys. To get one pin, you have to buy like 9 games worth of points.

I used to have so many Nintendo pins from going to E3 every year. Now I only have a few left including a Zelda one and Nintendo Power ones that I put on my GB cases.

A few issues that need to be worked out with a professional?

Creepy...
