I got a chace to pick up one of these that has a bad driver board for <$300. I was told the playfield is really good as it's been a home machine. Going to look at it today. What do yuinz guys think???

Black Pyramid was the first pin I owned, so of course it was the greatest thing ever for a few months.....then I played a few newer pins and it got real boring real quick. Just keep shooting the right and left lanes. $300 seems to be an ok price, nothing great. I have had mine for sale for months now, and can't find anyone to buy it for $500. And mine was shopped and is working 100%!

Went and looked at it! The playfield and back glass are imaculate! the side art is very good, little ding here, there, but looking real good. The audio board has a fried cap,
( seen that before on these old Bally games ) and a fuse is blown on the PS board.
$250 and it's mine! Decisions, decisions?!?!?

I put a 4.7@25v tant on the cheap squeak board and replaced the 5volt fuse, and it came to life....all the lamps work, GI, all the coils and flippers, sound, even all the displays are sharp and bright. I even played a few balls!! Needs a rubber ring kit and a good cleaning and this puppy is ready to go!!!
