Haven't used the light yet, but I do have a valid excuse! 
Instead of blinds in the 14 jealousy windows, I ripped them all out, framed and dropped power down every third stud. Made a lot more work for myself and pushed the project back by at least a month, but control of ambient light was going to be a struggle for me. Not now, its pitch black out there without some kind of regular lights on. Still have to do drywall and paint before I get to carpet and black light.

I know this is an old thread, but was wondering what ideas people are using now? I have looked, but not found a good source for a blacklight that fits in a ressesed can fixture. I do not want to use those cheap CFL's from Home Depot. I'd like LED'd if I can find them. Not sure if they make ones for these fixtures. My ceiling is low so the flouresent tubes will not work.
