Hey All

I seem to be having problems with my BK470 Rejuvinator. I can't seem to get more than 3volts from the Heater. Other than SET G1 VOLTAGE, nothing else seems to work. Here's what I'm trying;

- Using CR23 for my G07 CBO
- SET HTR RANGE on Function selector to 4-7V (needs 6.3 as per the manual)
- SET HEATER knob won't add more than 1V (to a total around 3v)

Am I doing something wrong or is the SET HEATER not working?

Thanks

It sounds like either a switch is broken or you just need to field calibrate the unit. The field calibration procedure is in the manual and only requires a multimeter.

Here is another idea.

First try calibration. If you cant calibrate it up high enough, then switch the heater voltage select up to the next level, use a multimeter to adjust till you can get 6.3V, then leave it there. Just make sure not to change it, because it will be showing the wrong voltage on the meter.

Make sense?
