I have taken the universal adapter wiring chart from BK and used a cr19 which was already attached to my 466 to make a home made cr23 using an old 23 from another tv neck board. According to the cr23 wiring chart, their ore only 9 wires on the adapter. using holes 1 and 5 through 11. Still left on the cr19 after conversion are wires for red G1 and G2 as well as Blue G1 and G2. My rejuvination seemed to work on green as I had no green on the tube prior but now it's almost all green. The blue did not register at all on the 466 and red was very low. Do I need to connect the wires from the leftover blue and red somewhere for it to work? Can anyone help? Thanks

Been scouring schematics and reading the net to only find a bunch of conflicting information and pinouts that still just don't make sense for the 466. Heck, even the schematic for making the newer style 467 adapter for the 466 didn't make sense, it has 466 wires going to pins that aren't even used on the 467 CR23 adapter.

I did find where a guy used a three way switch and such on his adapter, but I really don't think all that should be needed. And he had the switch switching the K for each color so all he had to do was leave his machine set for green or something funky like that. He also had pin 10 from the 466 tied to both 1 and 7 of the CR23 socket. (?)

I have a older Sencore and the more I read on the BK466 the more similar it sounds.
Can you post a picture of your unit ? (as I couldn't find a decent one online to look at)

My Sencore has individual wires for the RGB G1's and G2's like you are describing.
3 G1's, 3 G2's, one for each color.
All 3 G1's got tied together onto pin 5 of the CR23 socket.
All 3 G2's got tied together onto pin 7 of the CR23 socket.
Just something to chew on, not saying it's right for your machine.
That's why I wanted to see a pic of yours to get an idea if it "functioned" like my old Sencore.

followed your suggestion

Went to a local old time shop and putting the g1's and g2's together on pins five and seven are what he suggested. I still get no reading on blue or red. and when I go to check color tracking on step 8 I still get nothing on red or blue but their is red and blue on my game when it plays, so I know the guns must be working somewhat. Go figure. Any further suggestions would be great and thanks for your help so far, I really appreciate it.
