Are your coin door switches hooked up? Also is your 4 pin connector on the lower left side of your cpu board plugged in? Bottom most left side. There is also a 4 pin ground connector. If you plug it in wrong, your advance switch goes grazy (no damage threat).

switches work all the way to the IC cause my tech thought that also! only thing i can figure is a board problem. Or, maybe the switches aren't giving enough on/off signal??? idk but it does toggle through plug on pcb and thru the IC that its suppose to.
