I sent him my Liberator board for repair as I'm swamped. I just got it back today.

1st let me say the quality of the repair is top notch.. Excellent work.

Next, he keeps up emails letting me know the status, and even emailed me about doing repairs that weren't 100% needed before hand to ask if I wanted those areas worked on.

Turn around was quicker than I expected, and repair costs IMHO were great! Got an Itemize bill showing everything replaced/repaired no hidden costs, and better than expected costs on parts.
