I have a CM-222 change machine that I have updated the bill validator.
It did have a JCM DBV20 and I upgraded to an ICT BL-700.
The pinouts are very simple: 12v power, 5-12v inhibit (out of quarters, show 'no more change'), and 12v vend (the dollar is good, send a 'vend' pulse signal).
I want to update the tubes hopper and need to see how it sends a pulse for a verified dollar, but I can't seem to figure that out.
Nothing shows up on the vend line that I can see, but it does in fact properly vend and give change.
What am I missing?

Depending on your dip switches and if its anything like the Mars units the validator does a 5v pulse on the vend wire, with the pulse configurable for anything from 1 pulse = $1 or 100 pulses = $1, as per your config sheet.

Edited: oh I just saw the second sheet. So for you it's opposite and a pulse is the validator pulling the VEND wire down to 0v and back and the vend controller detects that.
