(I'm moving this problem here. It started in a post where I was looking for the schematic http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=131861)
There are two standup targets that do NOT score in their 100 point state but DO score when the light is lit ("500 when lit") and they score the 500.
Somebody else I was talking to thought there should be a NC switch on the 500 point relay that might be bad, but all 4 of those switches are NO.
Nothing happens at all when the light isn't lit. And when it's lit, the 500pt relay goes and the relays in the head to add the points.
Any ideas?

So I got it working. Relay "I" on the underside of the playfield (back right) controls the light for the 500. So I took it off and cleaned all the contacts. Everything works great.
