The only way I ship glass..
I shipped a NOS High Speed backglass a few months ago.. Did all the research, spoke to USPS, FedEx, UPS.. They all have insurance, but once it's time to make a claim, well unless it was packaged up by one of their shops.. You'll have a hell of a time getting the money back.
Cost about $135 to ship it from massachusetts to Georgia.. But it arrived in one piece.. They took care of everything. If its a high end piece, pay for the service.
