Best way to clean the exterior of a cabinet

Just picked up a Vindicators which is in great shape but is very dirty, it has been sitting in a barn and has dirt and a bit of bird poop on it. Is it safe to use chemical sprays to clean it or would water and bleach be better? I don't want to damage the artwork or the cabinet. Looking for suggestions.

For cleaning, I would use the following:
FW1 Racing Formula Wash & Wax
Windex
Mother's Mag & Aluminum polish
cuetips
an old soft toothbrush
Goo Gone
some masking tape
microfiber towels
terry cloth towels
small flathead screwdriver

To clean the CPO:
I mask off the buttons if the CP is assembled.
Then I spray some Windex here and there to get off the dirst, repeat until most is gone.
Then, I evenly coat the CPO some FW1 Racing Formula Wash & Wax and let sit for half to one minute. Then wipe most of it off with a terry cloth towel, wait 5-15 seconds for it to haze a bit, and wipe it all off with a microfiber towel. Repeat if neccesary.
To polish the bolts, I use a little bit of Mother's Mag & Aluminum polish on a cuetip and wipe all the residue off with a microfiber towel. WARINING: Polish the bolts BEFORE you clean the CPO. If the bolts are black painted, DO NOT polish them.

TO clean the bezel and marquee:
Spray some Windex here and there and dry off any excess with a microfiber towel in an up and down motion. Then I apply some FW1 in spread out areas, spread it around with a SOFT terry cloth towel, let haze, and wipe all off with a microfiber towel.

To clean art:
Spray some Fw1 evenly spead out, spread around with a terry cloth towel, and wipe off with a microfiber cloth.
For extremely tough areas, spray a bit FW1 on the area, let sit for a minute, wipe off with a terry cloth towel, and wipe off with a microfiber cloth.

For the bird poop, Use an extremely light bit of goo gone on a soft tooth brush to loosen up the poop, soak up all the exess Goo Gone with a cloth, use a small flathead screwdriver to get the rest off, and finish it off with some FW1.
WARNING: DO NOT USE FW1 ON VINYL!!! It will smear and lose color!

Hope this helps and post pics! :)
