Best Selling Kit Games?

I was going to say Rush N' Attack as well since I see them get deconverted all the time around here. It still stands up! Love mine!

Pinball machines and arcade machines?! Back in my day we had "upright videos" and "flippers"!

Has anyone ever seen a list of the best selling kit games of all time?

I don't have any evidence to back up my claims, strictly opinion 100%, but I'd say...

Best kit game Marble Madness
Best selling kit game Arkanoid

I would think World Series might be in the top 10 for best selling conversion kits. I've seen pretty much every classic (with a high percentage of Williams and Atari cabs) turned into World Series.

And ditto on Mr.Do not even being close to the first conversion kit.

There was a very early kit from '72 called Gyro Pong, which removed the dial controllers from Atari's Pong and replaced them with joysticks. Gyro Pong let players change the ball speed and paddle size.

There were also a lot of bootleg Space Invaders conversion kits in the late 70s designed to convert earlier b/w titles like Gunfight, Boot Hill, Breakout, M-4, Shuffleboard, etc.

I would have to say Street Fighter II World Warrior. Simply because there was no dedicated cabinet for it. Every single cab that had SF2:WW in it was a kit. At one point, Capcom couldn't even keep up with the demand for them.

SF2:WW Was the early 1990's Pac-Man craze.
