Where's the best place to buy 10 or 20 2k NVRAMs, such as the DS1220 or the M48Z02.

Jameco is $7 ea for 10+ qty. Anyone know of a better price?

Thanks guys. Makes sense that an ebay souce of used parts would be the cheapest.

I appologize for not clarifying in my original post, but...

These would be for re-sale in a high-score save kit I'm developing. So I think I'd rather find un-used parts. Oh, and I need 150ns (they're replacing HM6116P-3 RAM).

The last "new" ones I bought were from jameco and turned out to be used and dead. Some even had writing on them!
I hear you, I use the pulls in my personal stuff. Who knows how long they will last but so far so good. If I recall the datasheet only states a 15 year life.

I only buy NVRAMs new and from a factory distributor like Mouser.com. You pay through the nose, but you know they are fresh and will last for many years.

How about from souzilla http://arcade.souzaonline.com/

M48Z02-150PC1 for $6.27/ea (Qty 14+): http://www.futureelectronics.com/en...ed-sram/Pages/5426416-M48Z02-150PC1.aspx?IM=0

I'm always looking for deals on those since I use them for my Williams vid NVRAM adapters and that's the cheapest I've found.

+1 for Future Electronics. Good price on fresh chips. What you find on eBay is not acceptable for products you plan to resell. Most of the "NEW" stuff you see on there is really unused stock that is ~20 years old. Always check the date codes....
