Why are you apologizing? More people should post this crap so others can be forewarned.. I'm tired of paying extreme premium prices for some rare NOS stuff and having it thrown in a box like that by people that should know better.. Sick of opening a box and seeing something so obviously wrong with the part that it makes it unuseable, yet it is sent out anyways and the seller cowardly hides behind 'buyer beware' or 'I sent a blurry pic to you and you accepted it' crap. Everyone should be called out on this sort of thing.

Don't worry about it man. What's done is done. I'm over it now. Just keep my money and I'll dispose of all the broken & damaged roms and keep the 12 that survived along with the one marquee out of the 4 that you sent me originally. Thanks for all you have done! just so you know, I've had people send me items that actually worked (in the sense that they run, not 100%) and have refunded me some or ALL of the money because they felt they made a mistake.
you fucked up. clearly your box is too big for shipping roms, you didn't attempt to put anything for padding in there. I've had people ship me PCBs in bubblewrap and filled in the rest with newspaper. it's not the greatest approach, I certainly would never do that, but at least they tried. you sent a big gaping void of shit.
you see that foam pad with the roms taped to it? that's how you should've done the rest of them. and if you didn't have the means for packing such items properly, you have no fucking business selling them. period.
your sepia-toned pictures and the way how you frame the items you're selling is also some more misleading bullshit. and you're going to blame USPS for your horseshit packing job? are you fucking kidding me?
