Ive heard good things about Mike Doyle's 96-in-1 and also the 2-bits kit (although its price tag is a killer). You could also be economical and do the 4-in-1 hack. Im personally running a 48-1 multicade with no problems. Whats wrong with your 60-1?
96 in 1 super pac is not worthy to be called "super pac". (sorry Mike... love everything else about it).![]()
I own the 24-1 from Clay, the Two-Bit 16-1 and a 30-1 from Retrocade called the Power Pac. The 30 is really 10 versions of pac w/ Fast, Slow and Cheat variations. The 2-bit saves scores but the table is for all games. It does differentiate what the score is for by color. The Power Pac also saves scores. Not many people have them, but they were really popular in 2003-2005 because Clays was hard to get hold of and 2-bits was selling for over 3 bills. Tom offered the Power Pac regularly for 125 shipped. Got mine off ebay for a steal at 40 bux. Sorry, I don't have any pics of it running and right now it is packed away.
I believe Mike Doyle's kit has Super Pac-Man, and its the only one that does unless you go multicade or MAME.
The 60-1 board is a cheap alternative, it has several pacs but they are not emulated perfectly. Most people dont notice but if your used to the real hardware you will see (and hear) the difference.
