I just bought a rotary stick control panel and a couple PCBs. Looking for opinions on favorite rotary stick games.

And, here's a list of supported games... are there any others?
Ikari Warriors
Victory Road (Ikari 2)
Ikari III - The Rescue
Time Soldiers
Heavy Barrel
Guerilla War
Bermuda Triangle
Gondomania
Down Town
Midnight Resistance
SAR - Search And Rescue
TNK III?

My first conversion. Phoenix to Heavy Barrel back in '06:

Ahhhhh, look at that burn:

And you thought my Final Fight conversion was bad.

Almost ten years ago now, I set up a former Double Dragon cabinet specifically for playing the LS-30 rotary joystick games. (the front-opening pcb drawer made it very convenient to swap between game boards) I built a new control panel for it with NOS joysticks; installed a SAR marquee and a NOS SAR bezel. I spent about two years accumulating all the LS-30 JAMMA game boards and nearly all of the marquees. A couple years back, I decided to part with it all and sold the cabinet and the entire board collection. (Could only get a fraction of what it had cost me to accumulate it.)

Hmmm, I still have the web page up from when I sold that board collection:

(Don't offer to buy it, it's long gone!)

My favorites were SAR and Heavy Barrel. Time Soldiers, Bermuda Triangle, Gondomania, Ikari Warriors, and Guerilla War were also fun. I didn't care for Victory Road or Downtown, and pretty much never played Ikari III or Midnight Resistance.

HEAVVYYYYYYYYYYYY BARREL!!!
(I do miss hearing that!)

Similar style of game, but using optical rotaries, I really like Cal. 50 as well.

*Shameless plug* I'll be selling full kits (cut corner panel, marquee, bezel, PCB) for both Ikari Warriors and Cal. 50 in the near future.

Here's a pic of the Cal. 50 in my JAMMA cab...

Need some funds for non-arcade related things.

Thanks for the suggestions. Looks like I'll try to find Heavy Barrel & SAR next once everything is setup and running. I'm going to have Time Soldiers and Ikari III to start out.

and pretty much never played Ikari III or Midnight Resistance.

Is Ikari III that bad or you just never got around to playing it?

Time Soldiers is pretty fun and has really cool graphics, sound effects, and background music.

Heavy Barrel comes in second place.

Almost all of those are good--I have a soft spot fo
r rotary stick games.

Just avoid Down Town (aaawwwwffffuuuul!!!), Ikari III (disappointing), & TNK III (kinda humdrum).
