Hey everyone,
Im thinking of doing a quick trip to vegas to see some friends and hang out for a few days. Im not much of a gambler but from some quick googling it sounds like there's a good number of arcade games strewn about the city.

Im wondering if anyone knows and especially good spots? Im aware of the gameworks there, but Im thinking like any particular hotels with game rooms that have some diamonds in the rough hidden away in them. Or just any hotels with good game rooms in general really. I'll have a few days to explore the strip.

Thanks!

New York New York had a pretty decent arcade.
If it's classics you want tho,go to the Pinball Hall Of Fame.
You can catch a bus between MGM and The Tropicana,in case you don't have a rental car.

Yea I def plan to check out the hall of fame one day. I'll be walking everywhere so I'll prolly catch a bus, or maybe walk if Im motivated enough.

I was there last year and checked out most of the casinos for arcade gamerooms. Most were small one-room affairs with maybe 20 games in them. The exception was Circus Circus. Their indoor amusement park has a crapload of games in it - maybe 50-100. They have lots of newer stuff, but I did spy a classic Ms. Pac, a DK/DKjr combo, and a Qix/Space Invaders combo mixed in.

The Riviera is right across the street and had about 30 or so in their little food court right at the front corner.

Pretty much any game you find at those two places will be repeated somewhere amongst all the other casinos down the strip.

Didn't make it to the PHoF that trip, but I've seen pics of their classic video selection, as well as their enormous pinball collection...

I ran a marathon last year so a little tread on the shoes aint not big thing for me :D. Although Im not so used to that desert sun, so maybe you're on to something...

The temps have been around 106:egg: the last few days, but it is supposed to get down to 92 Friday.
If you walk, take plenty of water.
