I am going to buy an airbrush to repaint my cabinet. I don't want to buy a huge spraygun, but want something that is fine enough to do touch-ups, but big enough to do entire sections.

I have been looking on craigslist for airbrushes, but they don't seem to be selling on craigslist. I am using the keyword "airbrush" and haven't seen any for a month.

Suggestions?

As an old airbrush artist the answer is I'm afraid there is no such thing. A touch-up gun is as close as you can get to what you want but it is far from an airbrush. Painting large areas with an Airbrush will create "hot spots" and there is very little you can do about it

Sometimes a person needs to step back and seriously ask themselves if they wouldn't be better off either leaving the machine alone or fully restoring it. You can never match the sheen and/or color of a paint (fading) and most of the time the patch job looks worse than original damage did. Food for thought.
