Question #1: where do I hook up the switcher cable? Anyone have pics?

Question #2: I installed my ZZPU, only for it to not fire up and blow fuses. I replaced the fuses, put the old board back in, and thankfully it worked fine. Now I'm a bit paranoid about trying to put the ZZPU back in. Obviously, I did something wrong. I noticed that the original board has a clipped pin and the corresponding hole on the molex connector is plugged with an insulator. That same pin on the ZZPU is not clipped. I assumed that it needed this pin on the ZZPU, so I removed that plug when I installed the ZZPU.

So I think my question is whether or not that pin should be snipped? Do I need it? If I don't, is that why I blew fuses? If I do need it, what do you think I did wrong? I didn't miss any pins, and the ribbon connector was hooked up correctly.

Help a humanoid out. :)

You don't need the pin. It is a key on the factory board. I think I removed the insulator key to use the ZZPU. Make absolutely sure you are plugging in correctly if you have done this as you can now put the plug on backwards since there is no key.

Does it go on the exact same way on the ZZPU as it does on the original? If so, I'll mark it before reinstalling to make sure that I'm not putting it on backwards.

If that step is skipped, would fuses blow? I haven't messed with this thing in months because it kept blowing fuses.
