Rich and I are going back and forth on this...

What do you guys think? Did berzerk marquees come on glass
or plexi? I have an NOS plexi one on Mine. Rich feels that it might
have been glass due to sister games like Frenzy.

What do you think? What would you like to see it reproduced on?
(There is a not small cost factor between them).

Mike

I have a very nice one and it is screened plexiglas. I sold a nice one and it too was plexiglas. Never saw a glass one.

Mine is glass. I think the replacement and later bezels were plexi. I'm ok with either, whichever is easier/cheaper to produce.

There you go I knew it!

cost wise isnt much difference other than maybe shipping.
where as plexi may be slightly less per piece, I dont have to cut sheets of plex down all day
and clean up the mess. :D

But I sure hope theres more interest in these
over the few that chimed in with some feedback :(

I dont need one of these but i say go glass whenever possible. Its more scratch resistant and looks higher quality and feels more solid . Would love a tinted glass AD bezel and a tinted glass bezel for my SD

And the screened graphics start peeling quicker.

Is that really a issue when dealing with HU machines? I thought the issue was the different rate that glass expands and contracts with temp vs. the rate the art does. Besides i have glass art that is 30+ years old and looks great.

mine is also plexi. its the monitor bezel thats bad on mine. any repos of the monitor bezels coming?hint...hint.

Every marquee I have ever seen on a Berzerk including mine have been plexi. I'll definitely be interested in one since I'll probably rebuild my cabinet.
