Okay here's what I got: Robotron cab converted to Pit Boss with monitor issues. I can play blind no problem. Monitor image is a blue-gray color with a bunch of horizontal lines at the top. I've tried adjusting everything I could but no luck. I'd like to find a manual or a trouble shooting guide or a flowchart possibly to help me but I'm not exactly sure which monitor I have. I've tried doing searches but I'm getting mixed info.

All the labels on the tube are: WG893315 19VJTP22 RCA 81-17WNA Manf. March 1981
There are a few more labels on the neck and chasis but I'm not sure if those matter.
I know it's a Wells-Gardner 19" or at least I think so but a couple searches I've done says it's possibly a K4600 or K4900. I can't find any labels that reference either of those and a manual I found for the K4600 doesn't list 19VJTP22. If someone could please help or point me in the right direction I'd aprreciate it.

Take GOOD pics of the "guts" of the monitor and post.

Do any of these help?

There is a black knob on the neckboard, turn it down until the "bluish gray" screen is ALMOST completely gone, but leave just a hint of it so you know the monitor is on.

Now - your monitor is powering up, and your video connector is on, but you have no picture. If turning down your brightness doesn't give you a pic, you should start by tracing that video cable back to the board to see if you have a break or disconnect somewhere. You don't normally get power to a monitor and no pic if it's playing blind.

There could still be a problem with the monitor, but check all the wiring first...

You have a 4600 series monitor and if you look closely at your video signal connector, it appears you have it plugged in wrong!

Looks like you need to move it down by one pin.

Thanks for the help, here's what I done so far.

I tried doing the adjust but still no image. I went through and started checking all the connections and wiring and all that seems to be good too. I can't find any thing necessarily wrong but then again I only have a multimeter to test with.

Actually I never messed with any of the connections until now. I was looking at the schematic and for that connector and pin 1 = red, 2=grn, 3=blu, 4=grnd. The picture looked liked it was wrong to me too. I checked that when I got home and it is connected correctly.

I made a change to the vertical raster setting to try and bring the image down. Which it did bring the those horizontal lines down a little bit farther. Adjusted focus and played a game. All of the game info is being displayed within the horizontal lined area, nothing below. I can't seem to make any further adjusts to screen positioning.

It's probably due for a general K4600 servicing from the looks of those gray caps, probably has never been touched.
General being cap kit and solder joints.
