ok arcade newbie here. I know some but I'm not anywhere near repairing arcade boards so I thought I'd ask. I have a member who offered me a slighly broken Turtles in time that displays "3g bad during boot up / test mode" for $40. As I'm not the Board repair guy I'm asking you guys what it would take to fix or if I should even try for it...

Like Dokert said, it is a ram/rom is bad or supporting chip at board location 3g. What is the chip number at that location?
