So... I'm opening a vintage arcade in the Boise, Idaho area. 50 vids, 5 pins, limited food menu plus beer and wine. I've got a kegerator coming in with space only for four different beers on tap. Which four beers should we have on tap? Which beers should we offer in bottles?

Also... as we move towards opening, I'll be posting pics and sharing more details.

Pac-Man Pilsner. Just make sure you have a Tapper & Ice Cold Beer in the line up.

lhough I don't drink them probably start with something widely popular like miller or Bud. Personally I like Sam Adams but I still run into people who have never tried it so who knows if it would sell great or not.

Where I'm at in CA it seems most bars have blue moon or a hefeweizen (usually widmer or pyramid brand)

Sierra nevada -very hoppy beer with bitter bite to it.

miller or bud

Some have Sam Adams or heineken or Rolling Rock

Might want to ask around at local bars or even grocery stores to see what the best sellers are.

I would go for 4 good craft beers (3 Floyds, Founders, etc) Depending on the region that alone could draw people. Maybe keep the common stuff in bottles and cans.

You can try to be fancy, or you can try to make money. I assume you want to make money, in which case your four beers should be the following.

1. Budweiser
2. Bud Light
3. Pabst Blue Ribbon or High Life (something for the "ironic" crowd).
4. Whatever the most well known local brew is.

Not beer but you should definitely have some cans of Throwback Pepsi for sale. Total 80's vibe with them.
