If any of you have Baytek Sink It's or Red Cup Challeges on location, you know the standard solo cups are broken all the time. What fixes/ modifications have you made to yours to withstand the general publics use and abuse.

Especially since Solo stopped making the round bases on their cups. And BayTek charges a fortune for A CUP. I use the blue Hefty cups and trim the hole myself with a needle tipped soldering iron and razor blade to trim off the excess. Same sizes and seem to hold up a little better. (Not much, just a little.)
I have been looking around a little to source the thicker hard plastic style cups, but all have been too big.

It has been a little crazy. Our store has been going through some changes in the past year and a half, all new go karts by J & J, spinning roller coaster by VISA (not the credit card company), Tilt-A-Whirl type ride called Lost in Space, new laser tag set-up by Laser Force, got rid of mini golf for the rides, a few new games here and there, IPC has been trying to expand into the neighboring area to put in a Scrambler ride and more games, the owner wants twice the amount of $ per square foot (different landlords/owners), but it looks like we are getting in some of the area (used to be a big carpet/flooring store) "The Shack" which is a breakfast/lunch restaurant, and a local soda restaurant called "Fitz's" which will be their 2nd location. If you like root beer and cream soda, they are great, and good food too. Kind of looking forward to it. They are supposed to start demoing/building in the next couple weeks. I have also been busy going to all the other locations helping with their expansions and other help needs. Now if we can get a tech at our Memphis location. Our previous tech there screwed us over TWICE and didn't do a thing!

The 2 in the St. Louis/St. Peters area were franchise locations, the south St. Louis was my home base.
The franchise owner of these 2 locations had problems with corporate and broke off in '11/12 and renamed them to Hammer's Food and Fun. Then a partner took off with something like $6,000,000 and money was tight, let the St. peters location foreclose, then my store shortly after. Immediately after that, corporate IPC took over my store. I was out of a job for 2 days (WHEW!). Another company called Kokomo Joe's took St. Peters over. And I still reside here for 11 years total with 5 1/2 with corporate.
