A couple weeks ago I ordered a ring kit for my Gold Wings machine from Bay Area Amusements. I put them on a few days ago and came to find out that a couple rings were missing. Oh well, I could bitch and moan about two rings being missing, or I could just snag a couple from my Bride of Pinbot kit that I havent used yet and carry on with life. So I decided to brush it off and not worry about it. Everybody makes mistakes. I borrow some rings from my Bride and get the job finished.
Today, I open my mailbox and see this. Bay Area Amusements just sent me the two rings I was missing without me even contacting them at all. And not only that, but they made a huge effort to get them to me and even sent it out twice because of a postage error. How freaking cool is that?? Its like they read minds or something! Thats what I call customer service! Theyve made me a customer for life.
