Happy now, finally got my A/RII fixed so I could test the boards... hooked them up to the o-scope... looks good.

It's jumping around a lot, but until I get it on the monitor (currently fubar'd), I'll just have to assume it's because of crappy connections on my scope inputs.

Going to get a video up shortly to show her off... happy..

Sound is perfect, everything works on the CP... happy... did I mention I'm happy?

Well, took the shroud and lights off of her today to clean some stuff up and check the bulbs... and with that, there goes my last white tube blacklight spare I got for Tron... Gonna have to order more of those since I have 3 machines that use them now (didn't know BZ did...), Space Invaders, BattleZone, Tron... And Tron just ran through one in a smidge over a year (what's the life supposed to be on those bulbs!?)

Everything seems to be in good shape in there, oddly enough... I know the previous owner was in there because I'm missing the top 2 screws that hold the actual marquee in... Everything else seems to be intact. ... and I can't believe how ghetto the bulb setup is in there. lol Way to go Atari... classy.

Getting her cleaned up in preparation of my Bob Roberts and Mouser orders.

After I got most of the dust knocked off of her, she's starting to look pretty good. With the cabinet cost, and parts, I'm only in for a little over $200 total. Pretty happy with that, granted... still missing the left handle, so that'll probably be another $50. ... But compared to my other projects, I think this one's turning out to be pretty easy (assuming the monitor doesn't go up in smoke when I get it hooked back up).

Bob's order should be here tomorrow, Mouser's should be here Friday, and I'll probably be on up later Friday night cursing the machine and fanning the smoke alarm.

FYI - I've tried both the blacklight and white-blacklight in my BZ... I prefer the blacklight myself. Might wanna give it a try.

I'll see what I have here... I don't have any spare regular blacklights because I don't have to special order them. Given how dusty my background bezel is though, I think I'd want the WTBL because it would show less of the dust.

I would've cleaned the bezel more, but I wasn't sure how... I just took a brush to it, got it as good as I could get it, then put the mirror back it and called it done.
