Nice! I'd love to get a dedicated Battletoads for my son. He loves the game! He loved seeing this picture too!

Congratulations!
Battletoads was never in a dedicated cabinet as it was only offered in kit form.

I have the side art file that still needs a bit of cleaning, I've just been too lazy to finish cleaning it up and have someone print me a set. PM me your address if you're interested in it.

I don't think that's dedicated. The CPO is cut off at the bottom, joysticks/buttons are straight across when they should be angled for each position, buttons/labels are directly over the instructions and other graphics. I believe it's a kit only game.

It wasn't designed for anything in particular, so anything you can cram 3 player's worth of controls into was great.

Let me rephrase. If you had your choice of cabinets, which would be the one, in terms of ideal CP so the CPO looks "right", etc. I don't imagine there are artwork files for getting it all printed, but one day I might put together a cabinet for it so I'm curious.

Would a Rampage work? That's got pretty generic sideart and a 3 player CPO.

hey guys ive come up on a hard time. stuff hit the fan and on top of that our car broke down.... i was wondering what you think my game is worth? (as the whole unit and as just the board cpo and and Marquee) the cab it a 6.5 outa 10 the monitor has no burn in and works like a champ, all buttons and sticks are cleaned and work great.

thanks for your help with this

well 6.5 maybe lowballing it. the front lower corners are a little beat up not bad, a few little wood peices are broken (no big peices just little trim dinky pieces) all the damage is easly fixable

I think I've seen a couple of boards sell on ebay in the last few months, most recently at $65 IIRC. If you decide you're willing to sell the board only, PM me. I wouldn't be interested in anything else though. Hopefully things work out well for you though and you don't have to sell due to emergency. :(

thanks i keep hope something else will sell first or something else will happen i have been working on some peoples motorcycles and just waiting for them to pay me or i wouldn't have to be selling it......

I bought a kit about 12 years back. Came with a giant rectangle CPO overlay that has to be cut down to shape, flimsy marquee, 2 pieces of side, wico joysticks, board, and stickers that go over the CPO I believe. I'll see if I can get some picture of it.

If you decide to sell the whole cabinet, let me know. I am a huge Toads' fan. Shipping might kill the price though...no idea what its worth either.
