O.K. so no need to post "I don't like FPS's" or the like. Just a break down one the differences, likes and dislikes etc.
I had been playing BF3 since it came out. I love the tactical gameplay, vehicles, spotting, bullet drop, etc. The rendering is not as detailed as COD but it does have destructive environments and limitless scale and ability to go everywhere on the map.

COD BO2
I rented it since I have been let down a couple of times. I have to admit that the new game is very enjoyable. They seem to have gotten rid of some of the annoying behind solid object shots. The game plays a bit more tactical however at an extremely fast pace. The render detail is way better than BF3, but you are highly limited as to were you can go on the map. They definately build corridors in this game to keep gameplay moving fast.

Any other input on these games and what you would like to see going forward?

Haven't played BLOPS, but I keep reading complaints that the maps are too small and they end up grenade dodgeball.

Both are alright but I still prefer Borderlands 2 as far as FPS's go.

A lot of people are running with Flak Jacket perk. The way they have set the perks up this time is interesting. I played a guy last night that had 6 perks on. Now you have 10 total slots for Guns, Perks, Grenades, etc. So you can make many different configurations. There are a couple of small maps, but I can't complain about the maps. Plays more arcade style for sure.

Haven't tried it. What do you like better?

It's basically like an animated comedy sci-fi/western Mad Max with robots, monsters and mutants. It feels like an MMO with all the treasure chests and loot and the ability to constantly farm bosses for better rarer drops but it's solo to 4 co-op at most.

It kinda seemed like Brink to me. I liked Brink, but I like the realistic rendering better.

Same here. BF3 is a better game. Having said that, I liked Bad Company 2 better. I enjoyed the maps more, and it was more of a tactical shooter. I see way too much run and gun in BF3.

Here we go again. I had given up on COD after the last Black Ops (which I enjoyed) but then hackers ruined the game. Well last night I was trying to play. I keep having problems getting in to the servers and once there about half of the players are lagging. I was down to one red bar at one point. I'll try again today but it's not looking good :(

Battlefield hands down. All of the Treyarch Call Of Duty games are terrible. But I prefer Borderlands 2 over all of them.

I have to agree. I hadn't played BF3 until this last weekend and it was much more run-and-gun than Bad Company 2. I loved Bad Company 2, it was a lot of fun and the squad system (still present in BF3) was really fun to use if you had 3 more of your actual friends online and in a squad.

BF3 was fun, but BC2 was more fun.
