Never heard of this game before I bought this project last weekend. Kind of a fun game (because it seems pretty easy to play - I am not much of a gamer). I have some major cabinet repair to do. The base needs completely rebuilt and one side could really use replaced. Electronically it seems OK. Will do a cap kit and maybe upgrade to a switcher. The controls are engineered nicely. Very robust. I hate to tear it all apart just to clean it up and paint it, but it will be fun none the less.

Anybody have this game out there? I reached out to two sellers on eBay and asked for pictures of the instrument panel decals as mine are half gone. One guy replied and said he was happy to. The side art looks decent, but that will be replaced as well. Have a good and reasonably priced source for printing; [email protected]. Try them!

Hope to have this restoration done in about two weeks. Finishing up a Birdie King II this weekend and have Pole Position II, Birdie King 3, and this Battle Shark just waiting. Have two others that are in need of minor restoration work - Deluxe SI and Galaga.

Yeh, I knew it was NOT a BattleZone when I read this ... even before I saw the pics. LOL - everyone knows BZ, and if you're not a gamer, then BZ would be pretty difficult to play (and get a good score). :)

Good luck with the SHARK restore. Be sure to post lots of pics (inside and out).
