This was one of those finds that is both happy and sad. Lots of great games ruined by weather and time. I think most if not all of these is beyond what i can manage to save and this is one of those rare instances where even I will part out a game. We have yet to really triage all of the cabs, but most were pretty much falling apart and crumbling. Still, we did find some good parts and will put what we can back into circulation. Here are some pics, the rest you can see on my blog.

Damn that sucks for those games does the guy want money for them or is it one of those get this crap out of here deals. Man I wounder if anything is salvageable.

Jeebus, that's really sad. :(

And I guess all this time the owner of this property thought they had a bunch of "worthless old games" out there...when they actually had a treasure trove.

i think i would move the warrior as carefull as i could, and trace all the parts out on ply and cut a new cab for that. Definately a cool game to save if you can!

It was definitely a sad sight to see. The images of rotting, crumbling games and the horrible smell of a feral cat sanctuary will be with me for a long time. :(

I have just opened the KLOV cemetary gate For you Dave, make your way through the fog and take a left at the twisted tree. You'll find me at the end of the road with a lantern and a toolbox ready to take on the dead.

I agree with this. Warrior is such a neat and unique game. (Not to mention very rare!)

I can't imagine much was salvageable though. =(

Warrior is still in one piece in my garage. Havent even really looked at it too close but i will say this, it was so bad, that we were wondering if the cab would even hold up the monitor for the ride home. We thought it might just break away and fall to the bottom of the inside. I will spend some more time looking at it and figuring out what direction to take with it but all of the particle board on it is badly swollen.

let me add, that one thing we discussed was at least trying to see if we can get it working as it sits so that if it does get parted, we will know what works and what doesnt.

I wonder how many people in saying all the stuff about the Warrior actually have ever touched one before? Me, I wouldn't care about it...the poor Sea Wolf though.

Got a chance to see what this machine was like at CAX this year. Visually impressive but the gameplay was only good enough to hold my attention for a few minutes.
