I have a couple Bally Midway style cocktail cabinets that I'd like to restore. They both have slight damage to the bottom edges in areas. It is that brown woodgrain type look, I'm sure you know it all very well from Ms Pacman cocktails etc. How do I go about repairing it back to original?

If the wood is damaged then just use Bondo and sand it down to a smooth finish. If you are looking for the woodgrain vinyl then do a search for it on here and you will see where alot of people are getting theirs from.

Digging old topic up from the grave....

Can I simply remove the screws and disassemble the cabinet to re-laminate? Or is cabinet glued AND screwed together?

Thanks
David

I believe all cabinets were glued. They may or may not have screws in certain areas. You'd need a sledge hammer, so obviously that is not an option.
