Bally Mata Hari finally alive but in intensive care

Finally after about 2 years I was able to power up my Mata Hari for the first time. I bought a MPU and Lamp driver from Classic arcades. When I plugged them in all that happened was all the lights illuminated and nothing else. I reseated the connectors and it came to life. The only problem was that there was no digital read outs on any of the segment displays. Now it intermittently will return to the original state of nothing but the lights comming on. When it does work the green LED on the MPU does flash 7 times but no segments light up. Currently it is not working. I am not sure what to do here. Both boards were advertised as plug and play and don't know if I need to return them or if I need to check something else first. Any advice is appreciated.

Several things may need to be done:

Power transformer rectifier board and connectors may need work.

Solenoid driver board may need repairs. Check all voltages at the various test points when it's working and when it conks out.

Connectors between Solenoid driver board and MPU board may need work.

Thanks Ken. I'll take a better look at the connectors. Is there a specific adjustment or check I should be making.
Thanks,

O.k. I am slowly learning the ins and outs of this pin. The Solenoid driver definately needs some work, I have put in the driver from Evel Knevel and the segment displays are working, except for 1 that has some problems. Although the game is not completely functional yet due to a few other problems, I am confident that the MPU and lamp driver that classic arcades sold me are as advertised and working 100%, I publicly apologize for any doubts.
If anyone has any thoughts on what components I should be looking at on the Solenoid driver I'm all ears. The 190VDC circuit on the Solenoid driver was blowing the 3/4 amp fuse on the transformer assy.
Thanks again to Classic arcades for ending my search for an original working MPU!!!
