There is a local Bally Embryon pinball machine that I just got word of.

So far I got: Just ordered new rubber, tune up kit new solenoid and sound card, the current sound card is fireball. The back glass is perfect, playfield needs touch ups. Have extra playfield plastic pieces. It lights up goes through all test mode, but until the solenoid comes in I can't do much more.

They want $1000 for it.

Before I get too into it, is it even any good? What is a going price?
I see one on ebay for $3999.99, but it's been on there and not sold yet.

Probably not going to go for it, but if anyone is interested, I can pass on the info.

Buy it. Embryon is the best of the classic Bally widebody pins. $1,000 for an Embryon in that condition is a good price.

At $1,000 you run for it. Bally Embryon is one of those classic Bally cliches the guys on Pinside would easily pay twice for for that. Looks REALLY nice too. Go. Gogogogo.

1981 Bally Embryon, 2250 produced, Mr Pinball Guide (2016) lists it for $975.

Still, that's a great pin and well worth the 1k price tag. Do it! So fun!
