I might be picking one of these up in the near future, and wanted to know how it holds up to other Ballys of this era...

I saw Todd's video on one and can say, for me personally; I think it looks like a good one! You gotta love the Bally artwork of this era!

love that game

just make sure the MPU led flashes 7 times when its booting up
those MPU's are notorious for leaking battery all over the lower left hand side of it
so, take a good look at it and see if its damaged

make sure it plays like it should
if it dont, then you can talk owner down on the price
they sell replacement MPU's for that thing so its not the end of the world if its busted

get it !

After I got this Spectrum recently; I've been hooked on this era of Bally!

If I do get this Elektra, I think the next one I would be looking for is a Embryon and then maybe a Eight Ball Deluxe (non Le)...

The seller I got my Spectrum from had a pristine Centaur and Fathom - definitely two beauties, but the prices on these are just too much....

It's a cool looking game but I did not like the game play. I had one several years ago. It lasted about a week before I sold it.

I suppose to look at it this weekend; I'm probably sure I'll get it.

HS- Have you ever played on Embryon?

Embryon is a real widebody. Never owned one but have played them before. I like Embryon more than Elektra but I have more time in playing a Elektra. If I owned an Embryon maybe my opinion would be different.
