Bally 6803 Black Belt Kick out issue.

Game works other than the kick out coil seems to slow down after a few cycles. It will always engage in test mode. It will work fine for awhile then it will stutter and can not clear the ball. Replaced the transistor with TIP 120 and diode. New solenoid expander board and coil same results. New PIAs and replaced U20. TP are good. TP3=244.TP2=179.

Right Kick Back Coil

I removed the three TOP LEFT LIGHT (Flashers) and the game plays great other than the Knocker was weak. I installed a new solenoid expansion board. The knocker works perfect but the kickback coil stutters with the 3 lamps removed. The bulbs are good and the sockets are not shorted. I attached the coil drawing.
