So I incorrectly installed the connector on my Bagman PCB and the +12V and -5 V were reversed. Now, when I plug it in it seems to work for the most part, except when you go to a new screen, it almost takes a second before the screen switches over. Very choppy. Did I fry some of its chips, can it be repaired?

Very disappointed, but glad it didn't happen to my Super Bagman, which is usually what's in my Bagman cab.

Should I start with swapping out some chips to see if I can isolate the problem?

Go look at the chips that use the +12 and -5v and report back.
